Return & Refund Policy

At Techo Traders, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read this Return, Refund, and Warranty Policy carefully before purchasing. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms below.

1. 5-Day Checking Warranty (Signal Issue Return)

If you do not receive any signal from our antenna, you may request a return within 5 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Conditions:

The antenna must be properly fixed in an outdoor installation.
The product must be in original condition, without physical damage.
The return request must be made within 5 days of delivery.

Mandatory Evidence (Compulsory):

Clear photo of the outdoor antenna installation.
Clear photo of the router with the antenna connected.

Requests without the above evidence will not be accepted.

2. Refund Process

Refunds will be issued only after receiving and inspecting the returned antenna.
Refunds will be made via bank deposit only.

Refund Deductions:

If any damage, misuse, or missing parts are found, the relevant amount will be deducted from the refund.

Refund Timeline:

Approved refunds will be processed within 3 working days after the return parcel is received.

3. 6-Month Service Warranty

No refunds are provided under this warranty.
We will repair and return the same antenna.
No service charges for repairs.
If parts need replacement, only the part cost will be charged.
Payment for parts must be made via bank deposit in advance.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is not available for service or parts replacement.

ආපසු ලබාදීම හා මුදල් ආපසු ගෙවීම් ප්‍රතිපත්තිය

Techo Traders හි අපගේ ගනුදෙනුකරුවන්ගේ තෘප්තිය අපට වැදගත්ය. කරුණාකර මෙම ප්‍රතිපත්තිය හොඳින් කියවන්න.

1. දින 5 පරීක්ෂණ වගකීම (සංඥා නොලැබීම)

අපගේ ඇන්ටෙනාවෙන් කිසිදු සංඥාවක් නොලැබේ නම්, භාණ්ඩය ලැබුණු දින සිට දින 5ක් ඇතුළත ආපසු ලබාදීමට ඉල්ලුම් කළ හැක.

අවශ්‍ය කොන්දේසි:

ඇන්ටෙනාව බාහිරව නිසි ලෙස සවිකර තිබිය යුතුය.
භාණ්ඩයට කිසිදු භෞතික හානි නොතිබිය යුතුය.
දින 5 ඇතුළත ඉල්ලීම කළ යුතුය.

අත්‍යවශ්‍ය සාක්ෂි (අනිවාර්ය):

බාහිරව සවිකර ඇති ඇන්ටෙනාවේ පැහැදිලි ඡායාරූපයක්.
ඇන්ටෙනාව සම්බන්ධ කර ඇති රවුටරයේ පැහැදිලි ඡායාරූපයක්.

මෙම සාක්ෂි නොමැතිව ඉල්ලීම් පිළිගනු නොලැබේ.

2. මුදල් ආපසු ගෙවීම් ක්‍රියාවලිය

ආපසු ගෙන ආ ඇන්ටෙනාව පරීක්ෂා කිරීමෙන් පසුව පමණක් මුදල් ආපසු ගෙවනු ලැබේ. මුදල් ආපසු ගෙවීම බැංකු තැන්පතුවක් මගින් පමණක් සිදු කරනු ලැබේ.

ආපසු භාණ්ඩය ලැබුණු පසු වැඩ කරන දින 3ක් ඇතුළත මුදල් ආපසු ගෙවනු ලැබේ.

3. මාස 6 සේවා වගකීම

මෙම වගකීම යටතේ මුදල් ආපසු ගෙවීම් නොමැත.
ඇන්ටෙනාව අලුත්වැඩියා කර එම ඇන්ටෙනාවම නැවත යවනු ලැබේ.
සේවා ගාස්තු අය නොකෙරේ.
කොටස් සඳහා ගෙවීම බැංකු තැන්පතුවක් මගින් පෙර ගෙවිය යුතුය.

4. භාරදී ගෙවීම් (COD)

සේවා හා කොටස් මාරු සඳහා COD පහසුකම නොමැත.

திரும்பப் பெறுதல் மற்றும் பணம் திருப்பி வழங்கும் கொள்கை

Techo Traders நிறுவனத்தில் வாடிக்கையாளர் திருப்தி மிக முக்கியம். வாங்குவதற்கு முன் இந்த கொள்கையை கவனமாக படிக்கவும்.

1. 5 நாட்கள் சோதனை உத்தரவாதம் (சிக்னல் இல்லை)

எங்கள் ஆன்டெனாவிலிருந்து எந்த சிக்னலும் கிடைக்கவில்லை என்றால், பொருள் கிடைத்த நாளிலிருந்து 5 நாட்களுக்குள் திருப்பி அனுப்பலாம்.

நிபந்தனைகள்:

ஆன்டெனா வெளிப்புறத்தில் சரியாக நிறுவப்பட்டிருக்க வேண்டும்.
பொருளில் எந்த சேதமும் இருக்கக் கூடாது.
5 நாட்களுக்குள் கோரிக்கை சமர்ப்பிக்க வேண்டும்.

கட்டாய ஆதாரங்கள்:

வெளிப்புற ஆன்டெனா புகைப்படம்.
ரவுடர் இணைப்பு புகைப்படம்.

2. பணம் திருப்பி வழங்கும் நடைமுறை

பரிசோதனைக்குப் பிறகே பணம் திருப்பி வழங்கப்படும். வங்கி வைப்பு மூலம் மட்டுமே வழங்கப்படும்.

பொருள் கிடைத்த பிறகு 3 வேலை நாட்களுக்குள் பணம் வழங்கப்படும்.

3. 6 மாத சேவை உத்தரவாதம்

பணம் திருப்பி வழங்கப்படாது.
ஆன்டெனாவை பழுது பார்த்து மீண்டும் அனுப்பப்படும்.
சேவை கட்டணம் இல்லை.
பாகங்களுக்கு முன்கூட்டியே வங்கி வைப்பு தேவை.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

சேவை மற்றும் பாகங்களுக்கு COD கிடையாது.
